ATLAS THREADS 1 GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES


This promotion is only valid in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.


    1. Eligibility: The Atlas Threads 1 Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are licensed drivers and legal age of majority in the state in which they reside. Employees and brand ambassadors of Atlas Threads LLC and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, and child) are not eligible for entry.
    2. Time Period: July 1, 2021 @ 12:00pm - September 10, 2021 @ 11:59pm. Owner of Atlas Threads LLC computer is the official time-keeping device for this promotion.
  • How to Enter: Participants may enter the drawing by purchasing clothing, accessories, or headwear from shopatlasthreads.com. Each dollar spent in the online store will result in a calculated point that will be translated into entries to the giveaway.
  • Random Drawing: A random drawing to select one grand prize winner will be conducted on or about September 11, 2021 from all eligible participants. The owners of Atlas Threads LLC will use their discretion in choosing which software will perform the random drawing. 
  • Notifying Winner: Potential winner will be contacted via text, voice call, or email. No person from Atlas Threads LLC will direct message on any social media platform to a potential winner. In the event that a potential winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with the rules stated therein or is unable to take possession of the prize, that person will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be chosen.
  • Prize Value: The price of the 2021 Honda CRF 110 pit bike with aftermarket parts and current market conditions is valued at $5,000 USD. 
  • Shipping and/or Delivery of Prize: Atlas Threads LLC will deliver the prize to the potential winner within 350 miles from Rigby, ID free of charge. If the winner of the pit bike is further than 350 miles from Rigby, ID, then they will be responsible for arranging LTL freight from Rigby, ID to their destination. In no event will Atlas Threads be held liable for any freight charges incurred in this process.
  • Privacy: Information collection from participants is subject to Atlas Threads LLC privacy policy. We will in no way share or sell the private information of participants this is provided to us on their behalf. 
  • Announcement of Winner: The name of the winner will be announced at shopatlasthreads.com on or about September 12, 2021 after the winner has been verified.. Once an announcement has been made on the website, social media managers will then notify participants via feed post on Instagram page.
